This is my attempt at making water look like glass (hence my title, I wanted a name which was sorta an, onamatapea)
It came out better than I thought it would, as I expected quite bad quality from the camera but it's fine.

This was taken in my bathroom, I also toyed with a large burst o water upwards but I was afraid of splash back, I'll try it in a better enviroment - My dad would go mental if his camera got wet, the bathroom may have gotten soaked (my upstairs bathroom is quite narrow) and it would be pretty hard to do with only one hand on the camera and one hand on the bucket throwing the water in the air, I tried it with a small container and this all came into my thoughts, plus the fact that the camera has a delay, you push down half way and then wait till the green light comes on then you push all the way down and even then it isnt instant, I'd have to plan out the timing perfectly and in such a room it would be hard without soaking everything, so that's being left till later lol.

So this was taken by me putting on the tap and brushing my hand under the water at a certain angle, I waited for a large spray of water and snapped as quickly as the camera would let me. I liked the way it turned out. The lighting the water drops etc! I admit its not great but for my level of photography I think its good.

Self Crit: Need to work out timing better, buy own camera lol.


I just looked through the categories, I looked at the one conceptual and figured - All my photographs (near enough) are like that as I dont take spontanous shots or flukes, but I cba going through every one editing the category.
