Hi my name is Stephie and I welcome you to my page I do Photography, illustration, Photomanipulation, Graphic design, and the odd bit of miscelanious art here and there, I dont consider myself to be a good artist but I am a begginer so I think I'm ok!
There are so many things I'd love to do but do not have the power to, I look at my gallery and think "Some of this is generic" even though I love what I do I can see the unoriginality, especially in my illuatrations but most of those pictures were practises to gain a better drawing skill. So yeah, There are thing's Id love to do and I could do if I lived in a different place, had a better camera or other better equipment/tools. Ah well, that's what the future is for
I'm a normal 17 year old girl who adores art and I'm also interested in music, comicbooks/graphic novels/manga, Tv shows, Movies, being creative and geeky My favourite thing to do is hang out my with best friend and Boyfriend Lewie.
My Best friends are Lewie, Haysie and there are many other friends who are amazing people in my life, There are also many dA artists of whome I luff ^^
I'm doing Highers/A Levels in college: History, English and Psychology and with these qualifacations I hope to go to university next year to do History of Art, Psychology, History and English literature.
My favourite types of art are: Photography, Photomanipulation, Textiles+Fashion, illustration, and so on. I love the styles Art Nouveau and Art Deco, I also like the cubism movement.
Comicbook art is one of my fave types of art (for example, There is a scene in the Invinble Iron man comic where a man commits suicide, In a movie you'd have to use slow motion to capture the pannel of the click right before the bullet shoots from the gun, in a book you'd have to imagine it youself - It's the perfect balance!) Anyway I'm moving off track again, I always do that xD
I'm free to do commisions and stuff.

Petition for Copyright+Photobucket - I've heard of some ripping going on so I'd like to post this link:

It's a petition for photobucket, I wont bother explaining everything thats on the frnt page as that would be pointless lol, But there's been some ripping going on and photobucket its full of stolen images, type in your username, filename, picture name or even a phrase/word that has somthing to do with your image to see if any of your pecies have been ripped, or if you know someone who has been ripped.
And please pass the petition around so others can sign it ^.^
Sevenload.com ripping - [link] There's probably far more stuff in that site so put your username/penname or real name into the search box and see if there's anything of your artwork there.
Artists such as know more about these rippings than I do, so I dont have anymore links for you at the moment. But be aware that flickr have had fake members posting other peoples work, even dA itself, so be on the look out - I'll repot any new rip news here when it arrives.

Bonjureno, I've not got much to say really - I know I update this journal more for the sake of an update but bear with me lol.
At the moment I'm making stamps. mostly for the fangirl inside of me lol, but I haven't given up on the other peices; Eg. I've actually done another character sketch, I have some commisions as well. Ive got another scenery chalk pastle picture, and some other long overdue to upload peices, and I finnaly found my film-camera which had an unfinished film in it so when I finish that off (ive got around 9 photo's to take before I'll get the photo's developed) I'll see what I've taken, they could be holiday snaps but I'm sure I have some art there.
I also have a couple of photomanipulations to finish and one to start! Oh and I've got that tshirt design to put together as a walkthrough on how I made the tshirt so that'll take a while, the reason being is because my pc is very slow and annoying so making such a big image will probably make paint shop pro go nuts, I tried a 300.000 inches (or pixels I cant remember) last time and it crashed, it shows you how messed up my pc really is.
I'm also writing heavily again but I never upload my writing here anyway.

*shudder* I have my first proper exam on thursday, English, hopefully it'll be ok, my other exams come soon after lol.

I apologise for my lack of comments/faves, my message and deviation system is messing up again and it wont let me click them open somtimes, It'll be Internet Explorer's fault; when I click certain links a window pops up saying "Sorry for any inconvenience, Windows Explorer has to shut down"

Thing's are nice right now, the weather is nice and stuff so life is good Hope everyone is doing well
